SSO Women in Cancer Surgery (WICS) Leadership Summit (Ticketed Event)

The Women in Cancer Surgery Leadership Summit will be led by Susan Lucia Annunzio, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Center for High Performance and Executive Education Faculty, University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Lucia interviewed SSO members to customize the content to specifically meet the needs of female cancer surgeons. Some of the topics to be covered include:
- State of the current workforce
- Environments that drive high-performance
- The killers of high-performance and how to avoid them
- The power of vulnerability
- Empathy and how it is not optional
- Telling bad news and tackling tough conversations and more….
The Summit will include breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
