Jeffrey M. Sutton is a board-certified surgical oncologist specializing in multiple disease sites including upper GI, primary and metastatic peritoneal malignancies, melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers, and soft tissue sarcoma. He completed both his medical school and residency training at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center followed by a Complex Surgical Oncology Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center during which he earned a degree in Medical and Surgical Education. Beyond his clinical duties, Dr. Sutton enjoys teaching residents and medical students and serves as the Surgery Clerkship Director at the Medical University of South Carolina. His research interests include the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in the young adult population as well as disparities in the delivery and receipt of cancer care.
