NEPL patients with cancer had lower complications, readmissions, and mortality compared to EPL patients when cared for at LSH, however, at non-LSH, they had higher rates of readmission compared to EPL patients. Given that a greater proportion of patients with NEPL are cared for at LSH, these hospitals may be equipped with support services to serve a linguistically diverse population with cancer.
