The management of very high risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma continues to evolve and we will discuss the role of sentinel node biopsy in this patient population. The second half of the session will discuss whether definitive radiation treatment should supplant standard of care surgical resection followed by adjuvant radiation treatment for Merkel cell carcinoma.
