David Fei-Zhang is a current third-year medical student attending the Feinberg School of Medicine - Northwestern University. He attended Vanderbilt University for his Bachelor's in the Biological Sciences. He has had 7 years of basic science - cancer research from labs at the University of Hawaii Cancer Center, Mayo Clinic, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. As a medical student, he has shown research interests in utilizing large-data analyses for epidemiologic cancer research, as well as developing & implementing modern analytics tools for understanding unique social determinant interactions and their impact on cancer outcomes.
