Dr. Todd M. Tuttle received his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at The Medical College of Virginia and his surgical oncology fellowship at The M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
He is currently the Vice-Chair of Global Surgery and Disparities at the University of Minnesota and is a Professor of Surgery in the Division of Surgical Oncology. He holds the Regis Endowed Chair for Breast Cancer Research at the University of Minnesota.
His current research interests include lymph node staging, the use of contralateral prophylactic mastectomy, and improving breast cancer outcomes in resource-limiting settings.
