Eihab Abdelfatah is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at NYU Long Island School of Medicine in the Division of Surgical Oncology. He completed medical school at Rutgers University - New Jersey Medical School, where he also completed residency training in general surgery. During his residency, he completed a 2 year NIH T32 research fellowship at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in cancer epigenetics, immunotherapy and clinical outcome research. He completed surgical oncology training at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and also completed an additional 1 year MIS thoracic oncology fellowship to focus further on esophageal/GE junction and foregut malignancy.
