Josh Leinwand is a 2nd year Complex General Surgical Oncology fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Previously, he completed a 3 year post-doctoral research fellowship studying tumor immunology and microbiome at NYU. During his general surgery residency at Columbia, he studied the pharmacokinetics of intraperitoneal chemotherapy and clinical factors associated with outcomes in peritoneal mesothelioma. He is a native of Brooklyn, and a graduate of Macaulay Honors College at Brooklyn College, and Yale Medical School.
