I am a general surgery resident at the University of Texas Southwestern. I am actively pursuing my PhD in public health policy and am passionate about identifying disparities in access to healthcare and implementing programs and policy changes to address these. My research areas include access to cancer surgeries and how to improve quality and safety within large hospital systems.
