I am a PGY-3 general surgery resident at UT Southwestern Medical Center currently conducting basic and translational research focused on identifying biomarkers and novel therapies to optimize care for patients with gastric cancer. I plan to pursue fellowship training in complex general surgical oncology and a career as a surgeon-scientist.
