The use of fluorescence-guidance to improve intraoperative detection of low-volume cancer at locoregional or distant sites is rapidly evolving. The goal of this session is to provide an update on human clinical trials that have recently examined the incremental benefit of different intraoperative molecular imaging probes in the surgical staging and treatment of various solid tumors.
