Panelists will present on current training capacity and future training needs for the surgical treatment of cancer. Moderators will then lead an interactive discussion with the panelists and audience regarding priorities, strategies, and opportunities to define and expand upon surgical oncology training for the future. Panelists and moderators will discuss whether the future of training for cancer surgery should be focused on surgeons trained as organ-system specialists or as oncologists.
